SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young

Paul Rudd’s 8th Annual All-Star Bowling Benefit brought celebrity guests and loyal friends together for inspired performances, big laughs, and bowling fun in celebration and support of young people who stutter!

This incredible event kicked off with a VIP reception and thrilling HYPE! session in the Luxe Lounge at Lucky Strike NYC. A festive cocktail hour followed, including a warm welcome from host Paul Rudd and SAY Founder Taro Alexander, a beautiful speech from SAY participant, Kaiden, and an unbelievable Morning Song from Brandon Victor Dixon.

Then it was time to bowl! More than 300 guests moved into the lanes to bowl a few frames, mingle with Celebrity and SAY Kid Lane Captains, enjoy great food and drinks, bid on amazing Silent Auction items, and dance the night away to the tunes of DJ Hillel.

The entire team at SAY would like to extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make Paul Rudd’s 8th Annual Bowling Benefit such an incredible success. This event would not have been possible without the dedication of our Benefit Committee, Board of Trustees, tireless Volunteer Brigade, and the staff at Lucky Strike NYC. Deepest gratitude to all of our celebrity friends for selflessly giving their time and bringing so much joy to this special night.

And to Paul Rudd, for his endless devotion to SAY’s mission and advocacy for young people who stutter, we are forever grateful.

The Stuttering Association for the Young is a national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides support, advocacy and life-changing experiences for young people who stutter, ages 8-18. Since 2001, SAY has offered comprehensive and innovative programs that address the physical, social, and emotional impacts of stuttering. Through Camp SAY, Camp SAY Across the USA, Speech Therapy & Confident Voices creative arts programming, SAY builds a community of acceptance, friendship, and encouragement where young people who stutter can develop the confidence and communication skills they need to thrive.

With your support, SAY can award financial aid to families in need. 85% of SAY families need help, and to date, no child has ever been turned away due to a family’s inability to pay.
