Our Impact
Every child deserves to live each day with acceptance, compassion, and joy.
For many children who stutter, instead of experiencing the positive social interactions that build self-esteem, they face fear, ridicule, and bullying – intensely negative interactions that deprive them of the joy of being a child.

Last Year’s Core Programming Impact
Your continued support makes our work possible.

Read: “Outcomes Following Participation in a Support-Based Summer Camp for Children Who Stutter,” a published research article on the impact of Camp SAY, co-authored by former Camp SAY SLPs Caryn Herring and Ryan Millager alongside leading stuttering researcher Scott Yaruss.
Herring, C., Millager, R. A., & Yaruss, J. S. (2021/2022). Language, Speech, and Hearing Services in Schools, 53(1), 17–29. Published by ASHA in 2021, it’s a meaningful milestone for our community.

Support SAY’s Life-Changing Programs
SAY believes that every voice deserves to be heard. Your support helps ensure that young people who stutter have access to our life-changing programs. This year alone, SAY will underwrite nearly $2 million in program costs (more than $9 million to date). When you support SAY, you open up a world of possibilities for a child who stutters.
