Celebrating SAY’s 25th Anniversary!

SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young invites you to join us in celebrating a major milestone: Our 25th Anniversary!

For a quarter of a century, we’ve offered life-changing programs that build confidence and community for kids and teens who stutter. With all programs offered free or “pay what you can,” we’ve said “yes” to families regardless of their financial circumstances. Simply put, there are teenagers, young adults, and leaders in our communities who are now in their 20s, 30s, and even 40s (time flies!) thriving and brightening our world, who arrived in our programs as kids filled with potential and graduated from them with resilience, optimism, and hope. We’re all better off when young people flourish, and the world is brighter when every voice is heard. Now, it’s time to celebrate!

This milestone year will culminate in the SAY 25th Anniversary Gala! The Annual Gala is set for Monday, May 10, 2027, at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers in New York City, with stunning views of the Hudson River. We hope you’ll join us and spread the word as we aim to make this our most impactful SAY event yet, ensuring we have the funds to keep saying “yes” and changing the lives of the kids and youth we serve.

This year’s Gala will include an unforgettable Chefs’ Tasting Dinner Experience, curated by award-winning, world-renowned Chef and SAY board member Marc Vetri, featuring more than a dozen talented chefs from his network for a culinary experience you won’t want to miss. As always, the evening will culminate in an inspiring show featuring the kids of SAY, with our talented Musical Director, Everett Bradley, leading a live band.
